The Lot at Formosa’s furnished and unfurnished office options provide the space necessary for creatives to thrive. From our suites featuring private kitchens and bathrooms — ideal for larger companies and writers’ rooms — to our single production offices offering privacy to create, we offer collaborative and exclusive environments where you and your team can do your best work.
Conference Room Rentals
Reserve one of our private conference rooms for the discussions necessary to move your production forward. Our conference rooms include high-speed internet and state-of-the art presentation equipment for effective collaboration.
*We are flexible and can offer offices a month-to-month license agreement with written thirty days vacating notice.
Rent includes utilities (including basic internet and telecom) and janitorial service five nights a week. Each office includes a basic complement of office furniture. Above and beyond the monthly rent, The Lot exclusively provides phone equipment rentals, high-speed internet connectivity, on lot parking, access cards, and telephone calls. We also offer additional services such as furniture rentals, conference room rentals, etc.
