Monthly rent includes all standard utilities, basic internet and telecom service, and janitorial cleaning five nights a week. Each office comes furnished with essential office furniture.
Additional services available at The Lot include high-speed internet, phone equipment rentals, on-lot parking, access cards, and telephone usage. We also offer optional upgrades such as premium furniture rentals and conference room bookings.
