Our on-site L&G dock provides traditional and specialized equipment to support your feature film, television show or commercial production. We’re committed to prompt service through each step of the process, from prep through post-production.

Sound Mixing Stages
Formosa Group, a full-service post-production sound company comprised of award-winning talent, operates a world class sound mixing facility at The Lot at Formosa. The site includes three re-recording stages and an ADR stage.

Richard Machado Photography
Richard focuses on high-end fashion photography, and he serves clients that include world-renowned fashion publications as well as Brazilian fashion labels and celebrities. Richard strives to consistently produce images that are sophisticated yet simple, with engaging compositions and superb lighting that complement the fashion featured in the image. His work has appeared in US, Brazilian, Latin American, and European magazines, including Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle, Glamour and Marie Claire, among many others.
